Mikrofilter Clear Tube

Then make it double right: CTS is the perfect combination of grinding water cleaning with Centrifugal Separator and clear water recovery for CNC machining centre spindles or glass  washers by back-flushing microfilter ClearTube. Without any consumables and fully automatically ClearTube generates crystal clear water (NAS 7/8),
even from heavily polluted grinding water. And combined with STA Centrifugal Separator the periodically back-flushed slurry is just separated together with the grinding water. Hence there is only dry sludge collected in one place. The CTS is a complete solution for any grinding water as well as spindle or wash water.

Central Systems

For central and group systems, e.g. for cleaning and maintaining aqueous coolant lubricant or washing emulsions and machining oils, STA offers multistage complete solutions from a flexible modular system.

Here, receiving volume and supply volume flow can be individually adapted to the specific process requirements.

Apart from the fluid cleaning unit itself, the scope of the project consists mostly of additional components, e.g.:

Coarse separation devices (filters, magnetic drums etc.)
Lifting stations
Process supply via circular line
Partial process pressure supply up to 100 bar
Moderation of fluid by means of heating and cooling units
Integration of dosing units and stirring devices
Foreign oil separation
Data exchange with customer production systems, BUS connection as desired

DPS System

The STA DPS system is a plate phase separator for static separation of two fluid phases which differ in density by at least 5% (e.g. coolant lubricant emulsion and hydraulic oil). Using gravitation (sinking of the heavy phase) and coalescence (merging of droplets), the light phase is made to float when flowing through the unit, and continually runs off.
Plate phase separators are used more and more frequently on account of increasing requirements regarding purity of industrial fluids, e.g. the separation of mineral oils from waste water, emulsions and degreasing baths. They can be operated with very low operating costs and can be used universally.
DPS systems are made of stainless steel and are thus suitable even for hot and aggressive fluids (pH 3.5 -14, Tmax=90° C).
On account of their automatic level monitoring, they are designed for unattended operation, and comply with the specifications of the German Water Resources Act (WHG, Para. 19). They are available with heat insulation or with heater.

STA has been manufacturing and marketing centrifugal separators and complex systems for clarifying industrial fluids since 1992.
Thanks to many decades of experience of various production procedures, such as grinding technology and surface treatment, as well as our know-how in filter technology, we have been able to gain the confidence of many renowned customers, e.g. Daimler Chrysler and Robert Bosch, where over 50 STA systems are installed.
Today, more than 40 employees work in the company’s own building, which was built in 1993 and considerably extended in 2000.
Based on the experiences from more than 2.000  worldwide installed units, and considering always the latest safety regulations we develop high-performance, long-life and safe machines.
By means of research on our machines’ fluid dynamics and extensive field trials we make sure that STA’s separaors remain the best performing on the market.
We maintain our high quality standards by creating value in our 800 m² production site following certified processes (ISO 9001, WGH 19 L German Water Protection Act).
