Merkad has been manufacturing high precision glass mold and special spare parts to leading companies in the world since 1986. Our company has obtained ISO9001 certification with understanding of sustainable quality in 2006.
Our company continues to produceGlass molds and Equipment in 3500 m2 closed area in its technological substructure facility in Esenyurt/İstanbul and has increase its export rate to 90%. Merkad's production department is fully equipped with 5 axis, 4 axis, 3 axis CNC High Speed Machining Centers, CNC Lathe Machines, CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine and CNC Plasma Transfer Arc Welding Machine and other auxiliary machines. Our company uses innovative ERP and CAD-CAM software with its management staff who have strong engineering infrastructure and employs 75 people.
