M-thick interferometric optical sensors

M-thick interferometric optical sensors allow to measure total thickness of glass panels, tubes and objects, both in production lines and in QA/QC laboratory.Measurements are contactless and provide micrometric accuracy.

Multi-thick optical sensors

Multi-thick optical sensors allow to analyse complex materials by measuring the thickness of each layer. Coating over substrate can be measured, as well. They can work both in QA/QC laboratory and in production lines and measurecontactless providing micrometric accuracy.

OTS optical sensors

OTS optical sensors have been designed for glass slimming process.This is a fundamental process in the production of mass-market electronics based on TFT/LCD and OLED displays, because it allows to reduce weight of devices such as TV and mobile phones, by reducing the encapsulating glass thickness.OTS sensors measure directly in the slimming chamber and with micrometric precision the thickness of TFT/LCD and OLED panels.

GLASS TUBE measuring system

Our measuring instrument for glass tubes is able to measure directly on board production lines with micrometric precision:
• wall thickness
• concentricity
• outer diameter
• ovality
• inner diameter
Controlling these quantities is fundamental for the following tube transformation into vials, ampoules and syringes. Data exchange with control room and sorting of the tubes out of tolerance are fully managed by the system supervisor software.
