The CulletScanner from SOFTSOLUTION analyzes the break pattern of different types of glass. It scans using the highest resolution at a 90° angle and automatically finds the areas that contain the highest count and the lowest count along with the largest and longest fragments. The images are evaluated and saved digitally within seconds.
The innovative scanning technology calculates the position, size, surface and weight of each individual fragment. The details are evaluated in the shortest possible time - with precision, constant quality, and easy-to-read results. There is also the option of using the CulletScanner to test anisotropy and the edge stress.
// Scans multiple glass types:
All types of glass can be checked with the CulletScanner. The glass must have a light transmission of 15 - 99%. Screen printing areas, textured glass and glass with similar surfaces cannot be processed.
