The UV-curable, 2-component UltraGlass UVGL requires no additional post baking while guaranteeing highest resistances. This reduces energy and investment costs and provides efficient production through high production speeds.
Advantages Efficient production as no oven baking necessary Enormous energy, time, and space saving Excellent dishwasher and further resistances Formulation without critical heavy metals like lead, or cadmium
UltraGlass LEDGL was developed for energy-saving UV-LED lamps and can also be cured conventionally (UV), if required.
A 2-component, highly resistant ink system for glass, metals, coated substrates, and PETG with unrivalled initial adhesion. Advantages of UV-LED lamps: They consume at least 50% less energy than conventional UV lamps They have a significantly longer lifetime No heat up time - immediately ready for use No ozone emissions, no ventilation necessary They do not contain any mercury! UV LED units are compact and space-saving Sustainable and cost-effective!
MaraGlass MGL is a solvent-based, two-component screen printing ink for indoor decoration prints onto glass, metal, ceramics, chrome-plated, and coated surfaces. If a high chemical or water resistance is required the printed ink film must be tempered for 30 min at 140°C.
Highly pigmented opaque shades as well as additional colour pastes for mixing possibilities and opacity as required High chemical, filler, and dishwasher resistance Silicone-free and suited for laminating MGL standard shades are free of aromatic compounds and comply with IKEA Standard MAT-0066

Water-based inkjet inks are in greater demand than ever before, which is why the market is reporting a lot of catching up to do. The focus is on the digital printing on products that come into contact with human skin or foodstuffs. In close cooperation with the industry, Marabu develops water-based inkjet inks for flexible packaging in the food industry, for cardboard boxes, toys (fulfilment of the EN71/3 standard) or digitally printed wallpapers.
Marabu is your development partner for projects where the compatibility of the application is in the foreground or where the advantages of water-based systems generally outweigh the benefits. Our competence:
Singlepass process-suitable inkjet inks for absorbent and non-absorbent substrates Know-how about the interaction of polymers, pigments and water as main solvents Project-related development focus for best possible results Recipes that can be adapted to all industrial printheads Extensive experience with all common industrial printheads (e. g. Konika Minolta, Kyocera and Dimatix)
