Registered visitors can obtain information about products and innovations in the form of product descriptions, pictures and videos in the exhibitors' individual showrooms, regardless of their physical location.
Do I have to register for glasstec VIRTUAL in order to use the offers and services? When and where can I register as a participant?
A general registration for glasstec VIRTUAL is not necessary. For certain areas (Exhibitor Video Sessions, Matchmaking, Conference Area) an additional registration as well as the consent to use the software used is required.
When and where can I register as a participant?
You can now register online. If you have already attended a previous event, please use your previous registration data (email address and password) and update your data for the upcoming glasstec VIRTUAL.
During what period are the virtual meeting rooms available?
The virtual meeting rooms (video call) will be available from October 20 to 22.
How can I register as a visitor for the different exhibitor web sessions?
To participate in a (live) web session a successful registration is necessary. To do so, click on the button "Register now" below the web session description and follow the input instructions.
How can I participate in a (live) web session?
After successful registration for the selected web session, you as a participant will receive a link to the web session to the e-mail you specified as well as the date and time when the web session will take place. Furthermore, a successful registration of this conference software Zoom is required. By clicking on this link you will get to the web session.
By participating in a free web session, the participant agrees that his contact data (title, surname, first name, e-mail, company, position) may be passed on to the presenting exhibitor, in particular for his own marketing purposes.
How can I submit my questions to the speakers during the conference?
By means of the provided chat function. The moderator collects the questions and decides on the relevance and forwarding to the respective speaker.
